Returns & Refunds Policy
- Return period: 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Eligible items: products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and, where possible, original packaging.
Return procedure:
- Contact scuffers.clients.com, specifying the order number and the items to be returned.
- Follow the return instructions provided (return address, labeling, etc.).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, Vulture Project will issue a refund using the original payment method, within a reasonable time.
In case of defective items or an order error attributable to Vulture Project, an exchange, refund, or store credit may be offered, and return costs may be covered by Vulture Project.
